Learning and Development Specialist

What we expect:

​

  • English level C1;

  • Complete higher education in the field of pedagogy/psychology/philology;

  • At least 2 years of experience in training or education;

  • Experience in using modern teaching methods;

  • Knowledge of e-learning/LMS software will be highly appreciated;

  • You are an ambitious, highly motivated self-starter;

  • You are proactive and responsible, able to work independently;

  • You are able to encourage and motivate others to achieve high results;

  • You are multitasking.

What you will do:

​

  • Actively identify learning gaps within teams by communicating with local stakeholders and implementing targeted interventions to improve efficiency and quality;

  • Plan, develop, adapt and implement educational programs: trainings, seminars, presentations;

  • Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement in training. Monitor performance and response to training;

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of how the company operates;

  • Provide teams with timely updates and information on correct procedures;

  • Improve educational products by conducting workshops, individual trainings and creating content for e-courses;

  • Be a role model for new hires. Support and mentor new hires as well as employees;

  • Report on work progress;

  • Provide as well as continually update and improve onboarding and refresher training with LMS tools.
